The management fee covers an agreed scope of oversight and coordination. Work performed by outside service providers, materials and additional projects are separate.

A personal service built around a practical need.
My background is in real estate investment, where I've seen how much effort goes into keeping properties in good condition and coordinating the people who work on them.
After relocating from China to the Pacific Northwest with my wife, Sarah, and our two sons, Benjamin and Nicolas, I saw an opportunity to bring a more dedicated form of private home maintenance management to the region. With longstanding family connections here, it felt like a natural place to build both our family life and a business rooted in personal relationships.

Homeowners should have someone to call who understands their property, knows how to coordinate the right professionals, and takes the time to follow through.
